FAQS and Cancellation Policy
How do I get a quote?

- Fill out the Enquiry Form and provide as many key details as you can
- Select any additional options you're interested in
- Submit the form - we will get back to you with a tailored quote (and availability)
What is the minimum booking?
- Friday & Sunday - $2200 minimum spend
- Saturday Evenings - $2500 minimum spend
- Midweek & Lunch - Reduced minimums apply (please enquire for details)
How do you charge for your services?
- All items are priced per head (except wings and cakeage)
What do you need me to provide?
- Flat, level parking for our trailer or truck
- Access to a 10amp power point for refrigeration (if power is unavailable, we can supply a generator for a small fee)
- That’s all. We’re fully self-sufficient for water and waste
- We’ll also bring along biodegradable plates and napkins
Is there a travel fee?
- Travel is included for locations within 60km return from Glenview
- A travel fee will be added to quotes for bookings outside this range
What setups do you have?
- We operate with three trailers and a classic truck
- Our truck is ideal for larger events, equipped with twin ovens and extra staff
- Truck access requires sealed roads and a flat space of 6m x 8m (hire fee applies)
- Trailers require a flat space of 3m x 7m
- Let us know your preference and we’ll quote accordingly (subject to availability)
How are your pizzas served?
- Pizzas are served on 31cm timber boards placed around the function space for guests to help themselves. A waiter is included in your quote to deliver pizzas throughout your event and clear empty boards. We tailor our service to suit your style of event, whether it be casual cocktail or full sit down.
What size are your pizzas?
- Our pizzas are hand-stretched to 12–13 inches and cut into 8 slices.
How long does service run?
- We require 90 mins of setup time before service to get our ovens to temperature
- Pizza service typically runs for 60-120 minutes, depending on guest numbers (Please note, we provide a continuous service until everyone is full)
- Pack down takes approximately 30-45 minutes after service ends If earlier arrival is needed, additional fees may apply
Do guests need to order?
- No need to queue! We bring pizzas directly to your guests throughout the function. We'll start with simple garlic & cheese, followed by a rotating variety from our menu. Guests with dietary requirements will need to come see us before service starts, so we can cater to their specific needs.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
- Absolutely. We can cater for gluten-friendly*, dairy/lactose intolerant, vegan, and more. A $5 surcharge per “special diet” guest applies. Please advise exact numbers in advance so we can order accordingly. *We are not able to cater for anaphylactic coeliacs due to potential cross-contamination in our setup.
What are your standard timings?
- Grazing Tables - served 90 minutes before pizza
- Wing Platters - served 30 minutes prior to pizza
- Salads - served alongside pizza
- Gelato/Sorbet - served after pizza
- (Note, we provide all serving ware for these additional menu options)
Can I try your pizzas before booking?
- Yes! Check our Facebook page for the weekly public cook-up locations. You are more than welcome to come try our wood-fired pizzas, but please note, public service is faster-paced and less personalised than our private event catering.
How do I make (and secure) a booking?
- If you are happy with the quote and wish to make a booking, we require a $250 (non refundable) deposit to secure the date. Visa and MasterCard payments are accepted but do attract a 1.5% surcharge to cover some of the bank fees.
When is final payment due?
- Final guest numbers and dietary needs - due 12 days prior to your event date
- Final payment - due 10 days prior to your event date
What is your cancellation policy?
- The $250 deposit is non-refundable
- If cancelled or postponed more than 10 days prior to your event date, you may reschedule (subject to availability) with a $150 admin fee
- If cancelled or postponed within 10 days prior to your event date, 50% of the total invoice will be retained
- Rescheduled events into the following year will be subject to updated pricing
