MOBILE WOOD-FIRED PIZZA CATERING ON THE SUNSHINE COAST
That Pizza Guy operates a fleet of mobile wood-fired pizza ovens, perfect for weddings, engagements, birthdays, private functions, and corporate catering. Although based on the Sunshine Coast, we service from Brisbane to Gympie and surrounding areas.
We serve up delicious, hand-stretched pizzas using fresh dough prepared and stretched on site, premium local ingredients, and our own house-made sauce. The result? Puffy crusts, crisp base, and flavour-packed pizzas served hot and fresh, straight from the fire.
We also offer a range of extras to take your event to the next level, including beautifully styled grazing tables, chicken wing platters, fresh salads, oysters, and a selection of gelato & sorbet. We can even provide cakeage service to cut, plate and serve your cake.

ABOUT US
That Pizza Guy was born in 2016 after years spent working in corporate roles for large organisations. What began as a single trailer cooking once a week quickly grew into two trailers - and now three, plus our classic vintage truck, which remains our proudest addition to the fleet.
Life is busy, but we love what we do and wouldn’t have it any other way. We’re proud Sunshine Coast locals and passionate about supporting other small businesses. We source our ingredients locally wherever possible because we believe in keeping the dollar circulating within our community.

SERVICES
We provide a continuous service for your guests until everyone has had their fill - no matter how long it takes. We work through our menu from top to bottom, cooking a selection of each flavour. Once we’ve made our way through the menu, we open the trailer to requests so your guests can enjoy their favourite pizzas again.
All of our pizzas are made with fresh dough and hand-stretched on site, creating a perfectly puffy crust and a beautiful base. We use premium ingredients sourced from local suppliers and even make our own sauce. Preparing everything on site ensures the pizzas are incredibly fresh, served hot, and deliver the full flavour your guests deserve.
Additional services include grazing tables, chicken wing platters, salads, oysters (new), and gelato & sorbet.
