ABOUT US
We are a husband and wife team and local Sunshine Coasters. We have two little ones Spencer and Stella who keep us on our toes. In 2016 after many years in corporate jobs for large organisations we took a chance in setting up our own business That Pizza Guy. We started out with one trailer cooking once a week; this quickly turned into 2 trailers and now 3 which includes our classic Vintage Truck - our proudest addition. Life is hectic but we love what we do and wouldn't have it any other way.
We love to support other local businesses and ensure our ingredients are sourced from local suppliers where ever possible. Firmly believing in sharing the dollar locally!
We have a passion for service and ensuring that every party we do, every pizza we make is a reflection of us and our dedication to making sure our hosts have the very best food offered to their guests. We have a great team of people working with us who share this same passion.
We guarantee beautiful presentation, superior customer service and a willingness to go that extra mile to ensure your on-site catering delivers everything you need it to.
SERVICES
We provide a non-stop service for your guests until everyone is full (regardless of time). We work through our menu from top to bottom cooking a few of each flavor. We then open the trailer up to requests from your guests so they can enjoy their favourite pizza again.
All of our Pizzas are made with fresh dough and hand stretched on site, it provides a perfect puffy crust and a beautiful base. We use premium ingredients sourced through local suppliers and even make our own sauce. Having it all prepared on site makes it super fresh, hot and gives your guests the full flavour of how their food should be!
Additional services include amazing grazing tables, salads, and gelato and sorbet.
