Our Story

We are  a husband and wife team and local Sunshine Coasters.  We have two little ones Spencer and Stella who keep us on our toes.   In 2016 after many years in corporate jobs for large organisations we took a chance in setting up our own business That Pizza Guy.  We started out with one trailer cooking once a week; this quickly turned into 2 trailers and now 3 which includes our classic Vintage Truck - our proudest addition. What We Offer

Hungry?

We provide a non-stop service for your guests until everyone is full (regardless of time). We work through our menu from top to bottom cooking a few of each flavor. We then open the trailer up to requests from your guests so they can enjoy their favourite pizza again.


All of our Pizzas are made with fresh dough and hand stretched on site, it provides a perfect puffy crust and a beautiful base. We use premium ingredients sourced through local suppliers and even make our own sauce.
